Pão de Queijo Yoki
Yoki brings to you one of the greatest successes of Mineira Culinary School: Yellow Cheese Rolls, soft on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside, made with fresh fine tapioca powder and the tradicional Mineiro cheese. They already come shaped and frozen on the right size, ready to be heated and eaten. One package contains an average of 16 units, enough for 4 servings.

Passo-a-Passo do Preparo
How to Prepare it:
1. Ligue o forno na temperatura alta (250ºC) e preaqueça por 10 minutos. Enquanto o forno aquece, retire a embalagem do freezer e acomode os pães de queijo numa assadeira teflonada ou de alimínio*, deixando 2cm a 3cm de espaço entre eles. Turn the oven to hot (250º c) and preheat it for 10 minutes. While the oven is being heated, take the package out of the freezer and set the cheese rolls on a teflon or aluminum pan, keeping 2 or 3 cm. Space between the them.
2. Asse por 18 a 30 minutos, ou até que os pães cresçam e fiquem dourados. Retire-os do forno com o auxílio de uma luva térmica e sirva em seguida. Bake it for about 18 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese rolls grow and golden. Take them out of the oven with a thermal glove and serve them.
* Usando assadeira de alumínio, unte-a com um pouco de óleo antes de colocar os Pães de Queijo. If you use an aluminum pan, rub a little oil on it before adding the cheese rolls.
